Accused Trenton Bomber to Plead Not Guilty to Federal Charges
John Robert Kennedy, the man who allegedly called in a bomb threat and planted a bomb at Trenton High School, is expected to plead not guilty to a long list of federal charges, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.

The man allegedly involved in a and and at a nearby ACO Hardware store will stand before a federal judge at 1 p.m. Tuesday on a lengthy list of charges.
John Robert Kennedy was indicted in a federal court on July 5 on charges of felon in possession of explosives, possession of an unregistered destructive devise, felon in possession of a destructive device, manufacture of a destructive device, felon in possession of ammunition and possession of body armor for a person previously convicted of a felony crime of violence.
According to Gina Balaya, public information officer for the U.S. Attorney's Office, Kennedy will plead not guilty and continue to be detained.

Kennedy is currently in the custody of the U.S. Marshals.
