Trenton's Golf Team Advances to Regionals

Trenton High School golf team finishes third at Division 2 district tournament.

golf team finished third at the Division 2 district tournament at Lake Erie Metropark in Brownstown on Friday, according to mhsaa.com.

With its performance, Trenton moves on to the regional tournament at Grosse Ile Country Club on June 9.

Jon Martenson paced Trenton with a 77. He finished second individually.

Scott Schering placed sixth overall and shot an 81 for the Trojans. Jordan Rader had an 86, and Dillon Dossey had an 87 for Trenton.
