5 Things to Know on Primary Day in Troy

Tuesday is Primary Election Day here in Troy. Here are five things you need to know before you go.

- Absentee voting: No longer available for the Aug. 7 Primary Election. Ballots must be returned to the  by 8 p.m. Tuesday.
