Intoxicated Woman Falls Asleep In Car In Men's Warehouse Parking Lot, Attacks Officers
While being arrested, the woman kicked an officer in the shin then tried kicking out a window in the patrol car

TROY, MI — An intoxicated woman who fell asleep in her car - engine running - in the Men's Warehouse parking lot turned combative against responding Troy police officers, according to a press release.
Officers observed a woman sleeping in the driver’s seat of a blue 2016 Nissan Maxima parked in the Men's Warehouse parking lot with the headlights on and the engine running on Dec. 31 at 5:56 a.m. Officers were initially unable to wake the woman up - despite pounding on the windows. When officers opened the driver’s door, they were met with the smell of alcohol emanating from inside the vehicle.
The woman, a 27- year-old Farmington Hills resident, denied having any alcohol only to later admit to consuming one drink of alcohol. Police say she performed poorly on several sobriety evaluations and submitted to a Preliminary Breath Test with a result of .15%.

Things turned physical when the woman was arrested. She kicked one of the officers in the shin and when placed into the patrol car, she yelled obscenities at the officers while trying to kick the left rear passenger door window.
The woman was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol and Hinder and Obstruction of a Police Officer.
