Kruse & Muer Seafood Grille Changes Name, Identity
Check out the new menu and interior redesign.

Kruse & Muer on Wilshire has enjoyed success on Big Beaver Road in Troy since 2006. However, ownership recently felt it was time for a touch-up.
So, chef Chris Hessler worked to update the menu. Designer Ron Rea gave the interior a makeover. And owner Bill Kruse, who founded the local restaurant group Kruse & Muer along with the late Chuck Muer in 1988, gave it a new name: Kruse & Muer Seafood Grille.
The Detroit News has all the news that's fit to eat, including a look at new menu items (seafood cioppino, anyone?) and review by Molly Abraham.
