Library Brings Back 'Talk Time' to Help Non-Native English Speakers

The weekly program aims to improve conversational English in non-native English speakers.

Beginning Sept. 8, the will once again be offering “Talk Time,” a program facilitated by literacy volunteers to help non-native English speakers improve their conversational English skills. 

Talk Time is held in the Troy Public Library’s conference room from 10:15 a.m.-noon every Saturday. Located at 510 W. Big Beaver Road in Troy, Michigan, the Troy Public Library serves a diverse multicultural population. The library offers an extensive collection of books, periodicals and audiovisual materials in over twenty languages.
