Police: Man Exposes Self, Masturbates Outside Morse Elementary School

are searching for a man who reportedly exposed himself and then began masturbating on a bench outside on Monday.

According to police, a woman was walking her dog around 6 p.m. when she saw the man sitting on a bench. The man then pulled down his pants and began masturbating. The woman immediately ran home to call the police.

“It sounds like it was intent on his part," Troy Police Department spokesman Lt. Robert Redmond said. "That’s the impression we got from her.”

Redmond said police are stepping up patrol in the area and are working with the woman to create a sketch of the man.

"This is a first," Redmond added.

The suspect is described as a male, 30-40 years old, who is 5 feet 10 inches tall. He is of average build, clean shaven and has light brown hair. He was wearing black shorts and a black t-shirt at the time of the incident.
