The Menu

Raising a glass to accounts that in 1911 John D. Rockefeller, America’s first billionaire, inspired a bartender at the Knickerbocker Hotel in Manhattan to create a martini just for him, Morton’s The Men Who Built America menu features The Rockefeller Martini as its signature cocktail ($14). It is made with London Dry Gin, dry vermouth, bitters, lemon peel and an olive.
