John Scott to Become President of Keego Optimist Club

CORRECTION: A previously-published announcement referred to John Scott becoming President of the Optimist Club next year. It should have mentioned that Chevelle Bedra, of PNC Bank, was recently installed as President.

This month, Oakland County Commissioner John A. Scott became the Vice President of the Keego Harbor Optimist Club. He recently successfully completed his role as Chairman of SEMCOG and is currently the Immediate Past Chairman of SEMCOG. 

“I am looking forward to devoting more time to the Keego Harbor Optimist Club and working closely with the current President Chevelle Bedra to increase the membership of the club. I will be working to do what optimists do, which is 'Bringing out the best in our kids,'” Scott said.
