Sylvan Lake City Council Voters Forum Scheduled Monday

Come and hear from the candidates for Sylvan Lake City Council in the Nov. 6 election at the League of Women Voters Oakland area forum Monday night.

There are two open seats for three-year terms on the Sylvan Lake City Council. Incumbent Russell Meskin, along with challengers Eucharist Cassar, John Shepp (write-in), and Megan Rogers-Zumbach (write-in) are on the ballot. 

The forum takes place at the Sylvan Lake Community Center at 7 p.m. Jerry Burden is the coordinator.

The community center is located at 2456 Pontiac Dr. in Sylvan Lake.
