Encore Michigan Gives JET Production a Rave Review
The Michigan theater industry publication reviews 'The Sisters Rosenzweig', which is on stage at the Aaron DeRoy Theatre in West Bloomfield through Oct. 20.
The Jewish Ensemble Theatre's production of The Sisters Rosenzweig, on stage at the Aaron DeRoy Theatre through Oct. 20, has earned a rave review from Encore Michigan, a web-based publication that covers the state's theater industry.
In an article posted Sept. 29, Bridgette M. Redman wrote: "JET opened its 25th anniversary season with the powerhouse combination of a rich, meaty script and actors who were fully committed and completely engaged to every word and every exchange."
Redman wrote that the actresses who play the sisters–Sandra Birch, Kristin Condon and Emily Rose–"convincingly play sisters, giving both the text and subtext of sibling rivalry, affection, and closeness."
