Prime29 Welcomes New Managing Partner

A very familiar face to Oakland County diners has joined the Prime29 Steakhouse team.

According to a press release, Stoli Liti of Bacco Ristorante in Southfield is now a Prime29 managing partner. During his tenure at Bacco, the restaurant earned numerous national awards for food and wine, as well as, dining excellence.

"It is my goal to assist Prime29 Steakhouse in becoming the world class restaurant it deserves to be. We have the expectations to have both our food and our wine list held in the highest esteem," he said. 

Stoli, who has been in the restaurant business since he was 18 years old, is a graduate of Wayne State University, where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Finance.
