MINNEAPOLIS, MN — The Twin Cities will be in for a summerlike weekend, with highs well into the 80s and even low 90s, according to the National Weather Service and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
Friday: A slight chance of late-day showers and storms, otherwise partly sunny with highs near 83. Skies will stay mostly cloudy overnight, with a low around 65.
Saturday: Mostly sunny and warm, with a high near 86. Lows dip to 67 under partly cloudy skies.

Sunday: The hottest day of the stretch, with highs near 91 under mostly sunny skies.

- Storm chances creep back in Sunday night into Monday, though most of the time looks dry. Highs will remain in the mid to upper 80s through Tuesday.
- A higher chance of scattered storms arrives Wednesday into Thursday, with temperatures cooling into the upper 70s and low 80s.
