Annual Bluegrass Festival To Return In September
Here's what you can expect from this year's festival.

WASHINGTON COUNTY, MN — Washington County Parks' Annual Bluegrass Festival will return September 11, the county said.
The festival will take place 2-6 p.m. at the South Pavilion at Lake Elmo Park Reserve, the county said.
The festival will have food trucks and will be free to attend with a valid parks vehicle permit, the county said.

Here is the schedule for performers:
- 2 p.m.- Gentleman Dreadnought
- 3 p.m.- Blue Groove Bluegrass
- 4:30 p.m.- The Barley Jacks
Capacity for the festival will be limited and on a first-come, first-served basis, the county said.
