Cigarette Bandit Sprayed Clerk With "Aerosol Irritant" Police Say
A man allegedly stole cigarettes and then sprayed a clerk with "aerosol irritant" at a smoke shop on Tropicana Ave., police said.
LAS VEGAS, NV - Las Vegas Metropolitan Police are looking for a man they say stole cigarettes from a smoke shop on Tropicana Ave. then got into an altercation with the clerk Saturday afternoon.
The alleged robbery occurred at 2:24 p.m. on Feb. 24. Police say the man sprayed the clerk with an "aerosol irritant" during the altercation. The clerk was not injured, police said.
