Clark County Residents Outside Of City Limits Exceed 1 Million
Clark County published population totals showing 2.25 million people in the county as of August 2017.

CLARK COUNTY, NV - The unincorporated population of Clark County makes up almost half of the county's 2.25 million residents, surpassing 1 million people for the first time, according to a publication from the Department of Comprehensive Planning.
Roughly 20,000 new residents raised the population of unincorporated Clark County by two percent from 984,065 to 1,005,212, as of August 2017.
The population for the city of Las Vegas rose one percent to 648,224. North Las Vegas's population also rose one percent to 249,180. Henderson's population rose three percent to 307,928.

Mesquite, Nevada's fastest growing city by percentage increase in 2017, saw a five percent increase in population to 21,338. Boulder City's population is 16,508, down slightly from 16,570 the year before.
