LAS VEGAS, NV - A night of booze and guns left one man dead and another arrested facing charges for his murder. The incident occurred Monday night around 10:30 p.m., Las Vegas Metropolitan Police said.
Andy Soto, 19 years old, was arrested, according to a Metro release on Wednesday. Police say that Soto, the victim, and another man went to the desert east of the city to shoot guns and drink alcohol. At some point, police allege that Soto shot the victim.
The Metro release did not provide details into the shooting, saying only that the investigation identified Soto as the suspect. Soto is being held at Clark County Detention Center one one count of open murder and is scheduled to appear in court Thursday, court records show.
