Hate Crime Suspect Arrested By Las Vegas Police
UNLV Police announced that Gino Flinn was arrested Tuesday.

LAS VEGAS, NV - Police at the University of Las Vegas Nevada say a man suspected in a Friday, Feb. 23 hate crime on campus has been arrested. The suspect was named on Monday as Gino Flinn, a homeless man known to police and the victim.
On Tuesday, UNLV Police announced that Flinn was arrested by Las Vegas Metropolitan Police. Police say Flinn assaulted a student and yelled homophobic slurs in the process inside the Student Union on campus last Friday.
Flinn is facing felony battery with a hate crime enhancement, according to a Tuesday release.
