Teacher Accused Of Grabbing Student By Neck Arrested: CCSD Police
A teacher at Cunningham Elementary was arrested Tuesday following the investigation of an incident that occurred in November.

LAS VEGAS, NV - A teacher at Cunningham Elementary school in Las Vegas was arrested Tuesday on one county of felony child abuse, said Capt. Ken Young of the Clark County School District Police Department.
Suzanna Raygoza-Rosen was taken into custody Feb. 13 at CCSD school police headquarters following an incident that allegedly occurred last November. Young said Rosen grabbed a 6-year old by the neck inside of a classroom, which was later reported by the student's family.
"Ms. Rosen physically grabbed the student as a result of him not complying with her directions. This was witnessed by other students in the classroom. Due to the ages of the students, school police teamed up with CPS (Child Protective Services) to complete the case," Young said.
