Bedford Comedian Takes on Mike Huckabee

Bedford native Sarah Silverman took to the airwaves this week to slam Mike Huckabee for comments he made about women's health.

During an appearance Thursday on MSNBC's "NOW with Alex Wagner," the comedian ripped Huckabee's recent remarks on women needing to “control their libido” without the help of the government. She called Huckabee's comments "gross" and "bizarre.

"He says he wants women to control their libido … you know … I too, would like to control my libido and my reproductive system," she said.
