Two People Transported By EMS After Elm Street Stabbing
UPDATE: Police make arrest in a stabbing incident on Welch Avenue in Manchester. Cecil Harding, 40 arrested for First Degree Assault
MANCHESTER, NH — Manchester police, fire, and AMR responded to Elm Street Thursday for a report of a stabbing.
Manchester police arrived and located two males struggling on the ground. The males were separated and upon further investigation, it was discovered that one of the males had sustained a non-life-threatening injury.
Police say, Cecil Harding, 40 of Manchester was arrested and is charged with First Degree Assault.

Multiple police cruisers blocked parts of Elm Street for over an hour as the crime scene cordoned off in a large area on Welch Avenue.
Witnesses at the scene reported there was a disagreement between two people and several other people became involved. Witnesses said one of the men had a stick and another man was stabbed.
