2 Shootings In Manchester Under Investigation; 3 People Shot
Witnesses reported dozens of shots on Union Street. The driver of a car on Dubuque Street was shot at while his car hit with gunfire.
MANCHESTER, NH — Manchester police detectives are actively working on two shooting investigations that left three people with gunshot wounds.
On Tuesday night, police responded to an alley in the area of Dubuque Street for a report of gunshots. A caller reported to police they were parked on Bremer Street going into a local store. A dark-colored car pulling up behind him and the driver began flashing their high beams.
The driver finished at the store he began to drive home. The victim told police that he was pulling onto Dubuque Street when he heard gunshots. The victim said someone in a dark-colored car was shooting at him from Dubuque East Back, and the victim accelerated out of the area and located a police officer nearby.

Police found multiple holes in the side of the victim’s vehicle but the driver was not injured. Officers canvased the area for video surveillance.
On Wednesday, at around 10 p.m., officers who were on patrol heard multiple shots in the area of Union and Cedar streets. Manchester Fire and two AMR ambulances responded to the area for multiple gunshot victims. Two men were transported to the Elliot Hospital with multiple gunshot wounds. A short time after the Union Street shooting, a person arrived at Elliot with a gunshot wound, and it is believed to be from the same incident.

Multiple witnesses reported hearing two dozen shots being fired in the area. Police said they have identified all the victims but are not releasing their names at this time.
Thursday Manchester police put up crime scene tape cordoning off the parking lot at Seven Days Market at Union and Cedar streets. Cruisers blocked traffic from going down the alley, and an MPD Police K9 was brought to the scene. The MPD officer and his K-9 who is trained in finding ballistic materials searched the parking lot, alley, and the area outside multiple houses on Cedar Street.
