Hey, people of Hampton-North Hampton! Jason Claffey here with the Thursday Hampton-North Hampton Daily.

The oyster "R" rule states the best time to eat oysters is in the months that contain an R — September, October, November, December, January, March and April. And just in time is Oyster Week NH, which kicks off Sunday. Check out Hampton-area spots to hit below.
