Will Fight for Taxpayers

Rising property taxes are crushing fixed-income retirees, working families, and long-term homeowners. This is unacceptable. I will tackle this issue head-on with a clear, actionable plan:

1. Broaden the Tax Base
- Convert tax-exempt properties into revenue-generating assets for Hampton.
- Work with the Liquor Commission to secure a portion of the sale proceeds or lease payments from the I-95 Liquor Stores redevelopment for Hampton’s municipal budget.

2. Promote Sustainability
- Align with the Town of Hampton’s planning initiatives to leverage renewable energy projects, such as solar energy and community power programs.
- Learn from the success of neighboring Seacoast towns like Dover, Portsmouth, Durham, and Exeter, which have used renewable energy initiatives to reduce property tax burdens while promoting sustainability.

3. Enhance Quality of Life
- Create jobs and improve town infrastructure, including the $15 million needed to repair roadways throughout Hampton in the coming years.

- Advocate for policies that attract and retain small businesses, ensuring Hampton remains a vibrant economic hub.

I will not stand by while hardworking taxpayers bear the burden of mismanagement and inefficiency. I will fight to ensure every dollar is spent wisely and every decision is made with your best interests in mind.

Your rights as homeowners, taxpayers, and citizens are non-negotiable. I will always stand up for:
- Property Rights: Protecting Hampton homeowners from unfair assessments and overreach.
- Fiscal Freedom : Ensuring residents have a say in how their money is spent.

- Transparency and Accountability:
Demanding open government and holding decision-makers accountable to the people they serve.

I believe in limited government that respects individual freedoms and empowers communities. I will never support policies that infringe on your rights or undermine your ability to live, work, and thrive in Hampton.

Why I’m Running: A Lifelong Connection to Hampton*

Hampton has been a part of my life since childhood. From summers spent at the beach to riding my bike from North Beach to Hampton Beach, I’ve witnessed the town’s evolution and understand what makes it special. My wife and I are proud to call Hampton home since 2019 , and our children—a daughter in Hampton public schools and an infant son—are the driving force behind my desire to make a difference.

A Strong Supporter of Public Servants

Police and Fire: Our first responders deserve the resources and support they need to protect our community. I will advocate for fair wages, updated equipment, and policies that enhance public safety.

Teachers: As a parent of a Hampton public school student, I understand the importance of investing in our schools . I will work to ensure our teachers and paraprofessionals have the tools and support they need to provide a high-quality education for every student.

Public Works: From maintaining our roads to ensuring clean water, public works employees are the backbone of our town. I will prioritize infrastructure improvements and fair compensation for these essential workers.

Together, we can ensure Hampton remains a safe, welcoming, and affordable seacoast community for generations to come.

Thank you for your trust and support. I ask for your vote on March 11.
