Judge Says Federal Investigators Should Probe Harmony Montgomery's Death

Investigators also found Harmony was placed in her father's care even though there was evidence she would not be safe there.

A former judge is requesting that federal authorities start an investigation into the death of Harmony Montgomery. On Tuesday, retired Judge Carol Erskine handed over pages from her own investigation to the U.S. Attorney and FBI in New Hampshire.
