Manchester Man Charged In 2018 Sexual Assault Of Child
Police issued a warrant for 51-year-old Raymon Ayala's arrest in January 2018, but Ayala was nowhere to be found.

MANCHESTER, NH — A Manchester man is facing an aggravated sexual assault charge in connection with an incident that occurred with a child under the age of 13 in early 2018, according to the Manchester Police Department.
Police began the investigation and issued a warrant for 51-year-old Raymon Ayala's arrest in connection with the case in January 2018, but they were not able to locate Ayala, police said.
"It was believed that he had fled the state," according to Manchester police.

But over the summer, police were tipped off about where Ayala was living, which led to Ayala turning himself into Manchester police Monday.
He has been charged with aggravated felonious sexual assault, police said. Ayala's bail was set at $1,000 cash and he has a hearing on Oct. 1.

"This case is ongoing, and more charges could be forthcoming," according to the department, which urged anyone with relevant information to contact them at 603-668-8711.
