Manchester Man Indicted On Child Prostitution, Rape Charges: Superior Court Roundup

MANCHESTER, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Taqi Emad Al Badani, 21, of Maple Street in Manchester, on a felony reckless conduct-domestic violence charge. He was accused of placing an intimate partner in danger by trying to strike her with his car in Bedford on Nov. 26, 2024.

Jorge Alvardo, 46, of Union Street in Manchester, on a felony willful concealment-theft charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Victoria’s Secret on South Willow Street in Manchester in concert with another on Jan. 19, 2024.

Louis Alvarado, 35, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on a felony robbery charge. He was accused of using physical force to take a phone from another person on Nov. 10, 2024, in Manchester.

Fernando Alvarez, 36, of Nutt Street in Nashua, on subsequent possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, possession of buprenorphine, and possession of crack cocaine charges, all felonies, in Manchester on Sept. 23, 2024.

Natalie E. Anderson, 37, a homeless woman now located in Manchester, on three controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, psilocybin, methamphetamine, and fentanyl charges, all felonies, on Aug. 17, 2024, in Manchester.

Corinne Arroyo, 37, of Harvard Street in Manchester, on a felony felonious use of a firearm charge. She was accused of possessing a 9 mm pistol while in possession of controlled drug with intent to sell on July 2, 2024, in Manchester.

Ramon Ayala, 51, of Hecker Street in Manchester, on prostitution, witness tampering, three endangering the welfare of a child, two pattern-aggravated felonious sexual assault, and three aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of repeatedly raping a girl between Jan. 21, 2016, and Jan. 21, 2018, in Manchester. Ayala was also accused of offering the girl $2 to rape her and threatening her to withhold testimony by saying, “If you tell anyone, I’ll snap you,” or words to that effect.

Josue Ramos-Falu, 52, of Laurel Street in Manchester, on illegal possession of fentanyl-subsequent offense, armed career criminal, felonious use of a firearm, felon in possession, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. He is a felon due to an acts prohibited conviction in October 2020. Ramos-Falu was accused of possessing the drugs and a pistol on Sept. 2, 2024, in Manchester.

Grixanny Rivas-Santos, 23, of Pine Street in Manchester, on a felony criminal threatening charge. She placed another person in danger by using her car as a weapon, accelerating, and nearly striking a man on Dec. 19, 2023, in Manchester, according to an indictment.

Angel Rivera Caldero, 25, of Maple Street in Manchester, on felon in possession of a firearm, falsifying physical evidence, and 14 reckless conduct charges, all felonies. He was accused of firing a gun into the air 14 times on Aug. 4, 2024, in Manchester. Caldero then hid the firearm to impair an investigation, according to an indictment.

Victor Rodriguez, 41, of School Street in Manchester, on two felony illegal sale of a controlled drug charges, cocaine, on May 16 and May 23, 2024, in Manchester.
