The future of Manchester is looking bright, thanks to the incredible young people working to strengthen our community. In partnership with T-Mobile, Patch is proud to spotlight future leaders like Grace Stankiewicz, who are making a positive impact in and around Manchester.

Grace is a standout young leader in Manchester, celebrated for her academic achievements and her deep connection to law enforcement and community service. A graduate of Manchester High School Central, Grace was honored with the prestigious $2,500 Michael L. Briggs Memorial Scholarship from Members First Credit Union in 2024. This scholarship is awarded to students who exemplify dedication to their community and the values of law enforcement, a cause particularly close to Grace’s heart as the daughter of retired Manchester Police Lieutenant Jim Stankiewicz. Grace’s future aspirations align with her commitment to public service, as she is currently studying economics at Merrimack College.

“I recognize the Briggs Scholarship is more than a financial contribution; it is an honor given to recognize and highlight the value of law enforcement in our community,” Grace shared with Union Leader.
