  1. The New Hampshire Department of Transportation is slated to begin nighttime road work on Interstate 93 southbound between Hooksett's Exit 10 and Manchester's Exit 6, beginning the evening of Sunday, Jun. 11. Work will occur from roughly 8:00 p.m. through 5:00 a.m. over the next five weeks following Jun. 11, and will require nighttime detours; motorists are being asked to find alternate routes when necessary, and comply with directions provided by signaling crews and all posted signs. 2. Logan Clegg, who is charged with murder for the deaths of Stephen and Wendy Reid, who were shot and killed in nearby Concord in April 2022, has had his trial postponed. Clegg's trial has been moved from July to October, with the jury selection process expected to begin on Oct. 2. The defense has filed a motion to remedy on Thursday, Jun. 8, but the motion was withdrawn on the 9th after the beginning of the trial was postponed, and some time that had been planned for the trial will instead be used for motion hearings. (WMUR)
  3. Justin Gebo, 28, is facing multiple charges in connection to an ongoing investigation into a fatal shooting that occurred in nearby Franklin last weekend. The charges against Gebo include possession of firearms while under indictment, being a felon in possession of a firearm, and being a user of illegal drugs while in possession of a firearm. Per the affidavit, police recovered a short-barreled rifle last Saturday from the scene of the Franklin homicide, fired by Jamie Bell, 42, who shot and killed Nicole Hughes, 35, and their daughter, roughly one year old. Another of the late Hughes' daughters was injured in the shooting but has been released from the hospital last Sunday. Gebo stands accused of having illegally sold the rifle to Bell, among other offenses. (WMUR)
