  1. A fight broke out in front of the Families in Transition shelter when a woman repeatedly beat a man in the head with a metal camping pole. Kalee Chaput was charged with a first-degree assault with a deadly weapon and bail jumping after missing a previous court hearing in early June. When police arrived at the scene, the man was unconscious on the ground and suffered a fractured skull and brain bleed. (Manchester Ink Link)
  2. A Manchester woman turned herself in after keying a car in the Puritan Conference Center parking lot back in April. Emerald Anderson-Ford was caught on video causing $2,500 worth of damage to the vehicle's driver side. She has since been released on bail and is scheduled to appear for a felony mischief charge in July. (WHDH)
  3. Reminder: Manchester’s 2023 Independence Day Celebration event will take place on Jul. 3, 2023 at Arms Park. The 39th Army Band will be returning and fireworks will begin at 9:30 p.m. The Notre Dame Bridge will be closed beginning at 8:00 a.m. and the Arms Park parking lot will not be allowing vehicles after 4:00 p.m. due to firework viewing.
