Teen Arrested for Simple Assault, Alcohol Possession
Caroline Anyonso, 17, would not allow Merrimack Police officers to handcuff her following her arrest on Wednesday morning.

A Massachusetts teen was arrested on several charges on early Wednesday morning after Merrimack Police responded to a home for a reported domestic incident.
Caroline Anyonso, 17, of 210 Merrill Lane in Dracut, Mass., reportedly kicked another person in the face at a home on 2 Oak St. which precipitated the call to police, according to a press release issued by Merrimack Police Capt. Peter Albert.
Upon arrival, police officer saw that Anyonso was impaired by alcohol and they charged her with being a minor in possession of alcohol. When police officers attempted to handcuff her, police say she pulled away.
Anyonso was charged with being a minor in Possession Of Alcohol (Internal), Resisting Arrest, Simple Assault and an Electronic Bench Warrant out of Manchester, according to Albert.
Anyonso was later released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail for the Merrimack charges and $1,000 PR bail for the Manchester charge to a family member. She is scheduled to be arraigned in the 9th Circuit Court in Merrimack on Jan. 14.
