Nashua Man Charged With Multiple Counts Of Domestic Violence

NASHUA, NH — A Nashua man was arrested and charged with multiple counts of domestic violence and Obstructing the Reporting of a Crime or Injury on May. 23, the Nashua Police Department said.

Police responded to a domestic violence incident involving Jose David Perez-Atanaciao, 63, of Nashua, and subsequently arrested and charged Perez-Atanaciao with multiple assault charges related to domestic violence and criminal threatening, police said. The condition of the woman, who was not identified, was not disclosed.

Perez-Atanaciao is being held at the Hillsborough County House of Corrections in Manchester, New Hampshire, and if convicted, he will serve up to eight years in prison.
