• Flu season came early this year to NH, and remains intense (nhpr.org) — Flu cases are surging across New Hampshire, and St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua is seeing a sharp rise in flu, COVID, and RSV patients, pushing capacity higher. Local hospitals are responding with masking, extra staffing, and strong encouragement to get vaccinated and stay home when sick as this early, intense flu season continues. 
• New Hampshire, Nashua 2025 housing market showed positive signs (inklink.news) — Nashua’s housing market strengthened in 2025, with the median single-family home price rising to $545,000 and sales, listings, and pending deals all increasing. While homes took a bit longer to sell and buyers paid slightly closer to list price, inventory remained extremely tight. • 'She was full of life': Family remembers child who died in New Year's Day fire (wmur.com) — Nashua firefighters were among many departments that rushed to help Manchester crews battle a devastating New Year’s Day apartment fire that displaced about 50 people. A 5-year-old girl, remembered as a brave and loving big sister, has now died from her injuries, becoming the second fatality as investigators continue probing the cause of the blaze.
