Storm Update: Snow On Friday, Sunday In New Hampshire
Forecasters: As much as 3 to 8 inches are expected on Friday; a second storm moves into the region on Sunday.

GRAY, ME — While the worst of Friday’s snowstorm is expected to be out to sea, New Hampshire may still see a significant amount of snow.
Some forecasters were warning that as much as 12 inches of snow could fall along the coast. But that prediction has been downgraded a bit. Somewhere between 3 to 6 inches inland and 4 to 8 inches on the coast are now expected.
“Low pressure tracking off Cape Cod will bring snow on Friday,” the National Weather Service said around 4 a.m. on Thursday. “The greatest snowfall amounts are expected to be near the coast, but moderate accumulations are possible further inland as well.”

AccuWeather forecasters revised its snow totals down a bit but also warned the storm would be “disruptive across a large swath of the Northeast.”
The storm will move quickly and bring strong winds, too. At least 3 to 6 inches were expected in Patch communities, according to forecasters.
The storm is expected to run from 2 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday.
The NWS also warned there was a 50 percent chance of freezing rain or snow on Sunday, too.
