Want To Help Name Nashua's New Middle School?
The Nashua Board of Education is seeking suggestions from residents for what to name a brand new school.
NASHUA, NH — The Nashua Board of Education is now taking suggestions for the name of a brand new middle school.
Naming a school is no small feat; the Board says schools can be named after their location, after a historic event or concept or after a person of significance nationally or locally.
Think you have a great idea? Let the Board know by emailing it to boe@nashua.edu by the end of the business day on Wednesday, June 22.

The school in question has been in the works since 2019, when the Nashua Board of Aldermen approved to bond $118 million to renovate two middle schools and build a new one. Construction is now underway.
The southwest Nashua school, located off Buckmeadow Road, is expected to open in 2024.
