Barnegat Student Chosen as New Jersey Sports Ambassador

BARNEGAT, NJ - A Barnegat High School student was chosen as one the student ambassadors for theNew Jersey State Interscholastic Athletics Association (NJSIAA). Logan Germano joins 31 other ambassadors from across New Jersey in representing the NJSIAA Student Athlete Advisory Council, according to an article on the NJSIAA.

Germano, a high school junior, competes in cross country, swimming and track at Barnegat High School, according to the NJSIAA.

Germano said he was interested getting feedback from his peers to assist the NJSIAA, according to the NJSIAA. He also said he's interested in becoming a sports reporter and continuing cross country through coaching later in life.
