Four Little Egg Harbor Township police officers helped deliver a baby boy at a home on Super Bowl Sunday.
LITTLE EGG HARBOR, NJ — Four police officers helped deliver a baby boy at a home in Little Egg Harbor on Super Bowl Sunday.
Gabrielle Castrovinci said she was sent home from the hospital on Saturday after experiencing false labor pains.
The next morning, Gabrielle's water broke and her fiancée Matt Chandler called for an ambulance.

Gabrielle said Little Egg Harbor Township police arrived minutes later and helped deliver Carter Michael Chandler in the family’s living room at 10:34 a.m.
“I had a feeling it was going to happen. I told Matt weeks ago that it’s going to happen during the Super Bowl and he was so excited for it,” Gabrielle told NBC10 Philadelphia.

Officers John Kelly, Steve Mancine, Eric Nelson and Jonathan Papernik, along with members of Squad 85 EMS helped deliver Carter and transported the family to the hospital.
“Huge thank you to all these emergency workers and being there for me in the craziest experience of our lives. Our little boy is so healthy and doing perfect,” Castrovinci said on Facebook.
