Manahawkin Art Studio To Open New Location

In September, Pine Shores Art Association will open a new Tuckerton location.

TUCKERTON, NJ — A Manahawkin-based art studio is set to open a new Tuckerton location this fall.

Since 1981, Pine Shores Art Association has served the Manahawkin community. On Sept. 17, this will spread at the grand opening of Pine Shores Art Association at Tuckerton.

The public is invited to the event, held at the Old Tuckerton Borough Hall at 140 East Main St. From 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., guests can enjoy an art exhibition, demonstrations and make-and-take art projects for all ages. Refreshments, door prizes and a variety of entertainment, including live music, will also be available.

"The purpose of Pine Shores is to help communities see and understand the importance of art," said PSAA President Tom Rutledge in a release.

Join the new location on Sept. 17 to learn more, or visit the Manahawkin location at 94 Stafford Ave to take classes, see exhibits and become part of the community.
