Manahawkin Bicyclist Airlifted To Trauma Center After Being Struck By Car On Route 72
Bicyclist has extensive injuries from the 11:25 p.m. accident, police said.

STAFFORD TOWNSHIP, NJ - A Manahawkin man suffered extensive injuries and had to be airlifted to Atlantic City Trauma Center after he was struck by a car on Route 72, Lt. James R. Vaughn said.
Noah Jenssen, 22, was riding on Route 72 westbound across from the Holiday Inn when he was struck by a 2005 Dodge Neon driven by Stephen Falkinburg, 41, Seaside Heights, at 11:25 p.m. on July 12, Vaughn said.
Jenssen suffered extensive injuries and was airlifted to Atlantic City Trauma Center for treatment. Falkinburg was not injured, he said.

Two lanes of Route 72 were closed during the investigation for approximately 2 hours.
