Nonprofit Serving So. Ocean County Seeks Candy, Basket Donations
Family Promise of Southern Ocean County is collecting candy, plastic eggs and coloring books to make Easter baskets for at-risk children.
SOUTHERN OCEAN COUNTY, NJ — Family Promise of Southern Ocean County is collecting candy, plastic eggs and coloring books to make Easter baskets for homeless and at-risk children.
The nonprofit works with volunteers from faith and community based organizations in Southern Ocean County to provide temporary shelter, meals and supportive services to struggling families with children under the age of 18.
They are accepting donations or fully made Easter baskets for this volunteer effort.

- Candy and treats
- Easter grass
- Filled plastic Easter eggs
- Baskets or beach pails
- Bubbles
- Stickers
- Sidewalk chalk
