Stafford Police Arrest Two Target Shoplifting Suspects
One of the suspects was also charged with possession of a hypodermic needle, police say

STAFFORD TOWNSHIP, NJ - Stafford police recently arrested two Manahawkin residents at the Target store for shoplifting items valued at over $350, Lt. James R. Vaughn said.
Stafford officers, along with the police department's drug enforcement unit responded to the store at 2:30 p.m. on Nov. 29. They arrested Jerimiah Kramer, 23, and Jessica Stone, 25. In addition to the shoplifiting charges, Stone was also charged with possession of hypodermic needle, he said.
Kramer and Stone were both processed at the Stafford Township Police Headquarters, and later released, Vaughn said.

Later the same day, the Stafford Township Police Drug Enforcement Unit conducted a motor vehicle stop on Route 9 near Manahawkin Lake at 4:30 p.m. due to an apparent domestic dispute between a male driver and female passenger.
The driver, Matthew Knierim, 22, Barnegat, was charged with possession of marijuana. He was taken to police headquarters, charged and later released. No other charges were signed against him, Vaughn said.
