Stafford Police Department Toy Drive Push Coming Up On Saturday

Police, PBA and Stafford Recreation will be at Costco from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

STAFFORD TOWNSHIP, NJ - There's still time to make a child's Christmas a little merrier.

The Stafford Township police department, the township Recreation Department, PBA Local 297 and Santa will be on hand at the Manahawkin Costco from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday.

Visitors are asked to bring a new, unwrapped toy for local families in need and drop it in the large bin Costco will have at the store's entrance, according to the police department's Facebook page.

Santa will also drop by for a visit and will be available for photos. Proceeds from the photos with Santa will be donated to the Stafford Township PBA's toy drive.

The police department will also have its Prescription Drug Drop-off Box at the event, so you can come with outdated or unwanted prescription drugs. Please do not bring anything liquid or with needles.
