Somerset County Man Indicted For Alleged Sexual Assault Of Young Girl

A 40-year-old Hillsborough man has been indicted and charged with second-degree sexual assault and second-degree endangering the welfare of a child for the assault of a girl that allegedly happened over a seven year span, reports say.

Moises Ramirez is accused of arousing and pleasuring himself as he assaulted the girl when she was 5 years old through age 12. It is also alleged that Ramirez, over the time-span in question, slept naked with the victim and his penis may have touched her body, according to nj.com.
