2 Berkeley Men Had Child Porn In Their House: Prosecutor
An investigation into one Berkeley man accused of possessing child porn led to the discovery of his housemate's possession too, cops said.
BERKELEY, NJ — Two men were charged with possession of child pornography after an investigation led to it being discovered at their shared Berkeley home, the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office said.
Keenan Black, 32, was charged on Jan. 28 and it was followed by Daniel Bailey, 20, being charged on Jan. 20 after investigators discovered both men, who lived at the same house, were in possession of child pornography, Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer said.
The investigation began when the New Jersey State Police Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that an individual was sending/receiving images of child pornography from the internet, Billhimer said.
