Berkeley Cancels Outdoor Concert Ahead Of Thunderstorm

Berkeley's Wednesday night concert has been canceled once again due to forecasted thunderstorms. It's been rescheduled to Wednesday, Aug. 18

BERKELEY, NJ — Berkeley’s Wednesday night concert has been postponed once again due to forecasted thunderstorms.

Scattered thunderstorms on Wednesday are expected to bring strong wind gusts, hail and lightning. Related: Severe Storms With Possible Hail In Wednesday Forecast For NJ

The concert featuring Gerard Esposito and Total Soul had been postponed to July 21 earlier this month because of thunderstorms and excessive heat.

Third time’s a charm: the concert has been rescheduled to Wednesday, Aug. 18.

The next concert in the summer concert series will take place Wednesday, Aug. 4 at Veterans Park featuring Super TransAm and Rock N' Rhythm.
