Berkeley Island Spray Park Reopened Monday

Ending a weeklong closure, the spray park at Berkeley Island reopened Monday after Berkeley Township MUA's boil water advisory was lifted.

Entry to the park is free and it’s now open again from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. for the season.

BERKELEY, NJ — Summer fun can resume at Berkeley Island's spray park.

The spray park at John C. Bartlett Jr. County Park reopened Monday morning after the boil water advisory for areas served by the Berkeley Township Municipal Utilities Authority was lifted.

The BTMUA announced Saturday that its water quality was deemed safe after follow-up tests.
