Berkeley Wife & Mother of Three Unexpectedly Diagnosed w/ Cancer

Hello all,

I am writing this article in an effort to help my mom, Dawn, beat metastatic lung cancer.

She was unexpectedly diagnosed on Thursday after being admitted to the hospital following a seizure without any cause or reason for either, at least from what we knew then. She's never smoked, nor met any of the other criteria which would put her at risk for this. Her name is Dawn Scrofine-Saunders, My father's name is James Saunders, I'm the eldest of three, Karleigh. My younger brother & sister are twins, Vincent & Emily.

My family has been devastated and heartbroken by this shocking diagnosis.
