House Fire Under Investigation In Bayville, Officials Say: See Photos

BERKELEY, NJ — A house fire on Morris Boulevard in Bayville Tuesday night is under investigation.

The Bayville Volunteer Fire Department responded to the house fire at about 9:40 p.m. on July 1, officials said.

Photos shared by the fire department show the home engulfed in flames.

The extent of the damage is unknown. Authorities did not say if anyone was injured.

Assisting firefighters came from Manitou Park, Pinewald Pioneer, Forked River, Pine Beach and Lanoka Harbor fire departments. Also on the scene were Ocean County Fire Coordinators, Berkeley police and Berkeley Township First Aid Squad.

The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Ocean County Fire Marshal.
