UPDATE: Island Beach State Park Is Now Open
The park was closed due to black ice conditions earlier this morning.
ISLAND BEACH STATE PARK, NJ - Island Beach State Park is now open for business, now that the sun and rising temperatures have taken care of the black ice conditions.
The park was closed earlier this morning due to severe icing conditions on Shore Road, according to the Friends of Island Beach Facebook page.
