Grand juries also indicted:

  • Three Beachwood residents and a Bayville man on charges of damaging a boat in South Toms River.

Authorities allege Valerie Pine, Vilhelm H. Rasmussen, Ralph J. Silvestri, all of Beachwood, and Patrick D. Worrall Jr. of Bayville caused less than $2,000 in damage to a boat docked at Atlantic City Boulevard. The group also did not have legal access to the 1967 37-foot boat, authorities charge.

Pine, Rasmussen, Silvestri and Worrall were each charged with burglary and criminal mischief, both third-degree crimes, for the July 22 incident.

Each were initially held on $15,000 bail, no 10 percent option, but all posted bail and were released in July.

  • Gary R. Hall of Ocean Gate on a charge of third-degree burglary for allegedly breaking into a home July 6 on Dorrance Avenue, Berkeley.

Hall and Geraldine Hall also were charged the same day with possessing methadone and heroin.

Gary Hall is still being held in the Ocean County Jail on $25,000 bail. Geraldine Hall was held on $15,000 bail, but posted bail on July 14.
